We have decided early on that our products should promote themselves. However, we do offer NFR to users who actively participate in beta testing, actively promote our products, provide us with new features we've integrated, or simply when we feel like it.

We do seek certain musicians and pay them when needed to showcase the power of our audio plugins.

NFR and giveaways cannot be sold or transferred.

Yes. Once you start buying from us, we keep a tally of your accumulated total purchases. Based on that, when you log in, prices on product pages reflect your loyalty discount tier.

We're also planning to add support for the SSL UC1 controller in the near future. Integration with additional controllers is under consideration; we'll update this FAQ as new options become available.

Yes, a 50% discount is given to those enrolled in music or audio-related programs online or in person (educators in this field are eligible as well).

The program should not be subscription-based on access to a video instruction library with the option to cancel anytime. The program should include direct video communication between the student(s) and teacher. General text-based discussion forums as a way to interact with teachers are not valid for the EDU discount.

The EDU discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Yes. You may sell or transfer ownership of any license except NFR or EDU licenses.

If the license you wish to transfer was originally obtained via a previous transfer, a $25 transfer fee applies. If not, the transfer is free of charge.

To complete a license transfer:

1. Deactivate the plugin on all active computers.
2. Provide us with the buyer/transferee's email, first name, and last name.

Once we receive the required information, we will process the license transfer accordingly.

Our plugins include two licenses by default. A third license can be added upon request at 75% off the standard price. If you later sell your plugin, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for the third license. This refund will be issued as credit, deposited directly into your account wallet.

FL Studio might wrongly label our plugins as a SYNTH instead of EFFECT. To fix this:

1. Open Menu > Options > Plugin Manager
2. Uncheck verify plugin
3. Click rescan everything
4. Manually categorize the plugin as an EFFECT

On each product page, there is a Downloads section that lists all version iterations with descriptions.

Your trial has expired. You will need to purchase a copy, de-authorize your trial, paste your new auth code, and activate. You can also request a 2nd trial extension. Simply ask us.

In general, we seldom do discounts to retain the value of your Pulsar Modular plug-ins, in case you want to resell them at a later stage. On the other hand, we do offer loyalty discounts based on previous purchases (log in to see products reflecting discounted prices). We also do free ownership transfers.

Yes. Each license includes two activations. You activate a license from within the plugin. Challenge/Response activation or deactivation uses the internet upon your request. Thereafter, no poking or communication happens between your computer and our server. No complicated encryption or hardware protection dongle is required.

The P930 Lunar Lander is available on the App Store. We continue to work on bringing our other plugins to the App Store.

We had a user that had issues with a combo of SoundID, Apollo Driver, Pro Tools, and P42 Climax.

Solution: Disable SoundID.

Right-click on the installer; you will see a Norton 360 option. Choose File Information. A Norton pop-up window will appear with a sentence saying 'trust now'. Press it.
