P19は、P11 Abyssと対をなすピーク・コンプレッサーです。リコイル回路がゲインリダクションに逆向きの力で応えるため、強い処理の下でもトランジェントは衝撃を失いません。PSIは手触りをVCAからダイオードブリッジやVari-Muの領域へと動かし、DYNAMICSは突発的なピークへの反応を落ち着かせ、EASYモードは同じ回路のままパネルを要点だけに畳みます。オーバーサンプリングOFFでゼロレイテンシー。

ゲインリダクションが深くなるほど、回路は逆向きの力を加えます。コンプレッサーはより強く働き、音はパンチと空気感と明瞭さを保ちます。
P11 AbyssがRMSでレベルを整えるのに対し、P19はピークに反応します。トランジェントに即座に応え、ドラム、ベース、あらゆるパーカッシブな素材により鋭い輪郭を与えます。ステップ式のTHRESHOLD、RATIO、ATTACK、RELEASEは、耳で選ばれたタイミングによる素早く再現性の高いワークフローをもたらし、トラックが中間の値を求めるときはスイッチひとつでATTACKとRELEASEが連続可変になります。KNEEは移行を形作り、LINKは左右を完全に連動させた状態から2台の独立したモノ・コンプレッサーまで動かし、サイドチェイン・フィルターはキックやサブの帯域がリダクションを駆動しないようにします。
キャラクターはいくつかのコントロールに宿ります。PSIはコンプレッサーの反応の仕方を、下端のクリーンでVCAらしいグリップから、上端のダイオードブリッジやVari-Mu設計のような膨らみと倍音の重みまで動かします。DYNAMICSは突発的なピークへの反応を意図的に鈍らせ、ピアノやボーカルがポンピングせずに呼吸を続けられるようにします。INPUTは入力トランスをドライブし、BIASは出力トランスに色を付け、OVERLOADはハイパーコンプレッションへ押し込み、SOULは特有の奥行きをオン／オフし、AHEADは最初のトランジェントがレイテンシーより重要なときにルックアヘッドを加えます。

- P11 Abyssで初めて登場したPsychoacoustic Shaping Index。低い値ではクリーンで速いVCAのように振る舞い、高い値ではダイオードブリッジやVari-Mu設計のサチュレーションと膨らみに寄ります。変わるのはコンプレッサーの反応の仕方であり、時定数ではありません。

- 突発的なレベル変化への反応を抑え、コンプレッションをより滑らかで落ち着いたものにします。上げれば、ピアノやボーカルがポンピングせずに呼吸を続けます。
- EASYモード
- スイッチひとつでDYNAMICS、SOUL、AHEAD、チャンネルリンクを隠しつつ、内部では動かし続けます。プリセットから始めて、ミックスへ。
